Surroundings

Welcome to our lovely apartment on the Old Port of Nice with beautiful views over the Mediterranean Sea, the Port and Castle Hill. The building, from 1860, is a real ”Nicois” landmark and retains its traditional features. A welcoming blue door at street level open onto the entrance, where the original marble and wrought-iron stairway begins. There is also an elevator that stops on each half floor for your convenience.

The Port area is extremely popular for walking and dining, so you’ll find many excellent restaurants and bars outside the door. It is a short walk to Rue Bonaparte, an area with a cosy ”feeling” and lots of bars and restaurants as well. Looking for a buzzling nightlife? It’s here.

Apartment

A generous living room (30 sq) opens onto the front balcony and the Port – a perfect setting for an afternoon drink in the sun. Size of the apartment is 90 square meters large and has insulated French doors and windows to insure a quiet and pleasant indoor climate. There are 2 French doors opening onto the south and west-facing balcony. The dining table seats eight people.

The front bedroom (11 sq) faces the port and the bed measures 180 x 200 cm. It has its own A/C unit. The rear bedroom (16 sq) has two beds measuring 90 x 200 cm and its own A/C unit.

General

Free Wi-Fi/ TV and A/C in all rooms.

Flexible change-over days

Price includes linen and towels/all charges/electricity and water.
